The Natural Sweetness of Breakfast: Tyche Jams
At Tyche, we capture fruit in its most natural form in our jars. For our jam production, we use the highest quality fruits harvested in season and process them at low temperatures in modern vacuum cooking kettles to preserve their color and nutritional value.
One of the indispensables of Antakya cuisine, Walnut Jam is obtained by putting unripe walnuts through a long and meticulous preparation process and stands out with its crunchy texture. Bitter Orange Jam is prepared from the peels of regionally grown bitter oranges, curled using traditional methods, bringing a refreshing aroma and an aesthetic touch to the table.
We do not use glucose syrup or artificial sweeteners in our products; they are sweetened with 100% beet sugar. Our glass jars, filled under hygienic conditions, are an ideal option both for retail consumers and for the breakfast buffets of hotels and restaurants.
